Why the need for a Voice-Over Talent?
A professional VO Talent doesn’t just read words - they know how to communicate your copy/script, effectively. That makes a big difference to your brand image. The first impression customers will have on your product or company will often be the voice they hear representing it – in an AVP, on the phone, in a commercial, tutorial, web, etc. Yes, your friend has a smooth voice and can read well. For availing, here's how it goes for our “virtual” clients :
1. Request a quote via e-mail to juanfoundsound@gmail.com.
Attach your final script. Suggest desired tone of delivery (conversational?classy? cheerful?, etc.). It is best if you can attach a voice peg in mp3, an audio or video link for us to capture the interpretation you have in mind.
2. We reply to your quote request. Once we agree on the pricing, you’ll then send thepayment via bank deposit or Paypal.
3. Upon receiving notification and confirmation of your full payment,
our VO director and VO talent will review the final script together and make sure all technical terms and pronunciations are accurate.
4. Recording session takes place followed by editing. One perk JuanFoundSound offers, as a bonus unlike any other, is that we add mastering technique to our VO files so our clients come up with broadcast level outputs – free of charge!
5. Download the finished audio output via e-mail or web download within a maximum of 29 hours upon receipt of payment.
6. You are entitled to give us one (1) set of minor feedback about the recording. It may be a preferred pronunciation or delivery. Additional sentences or paragraphs, however, will incur incremental fees, as it is not part of the original final script and therefore is not part of the original quote. Additional sentences will also entail another recording setup.
